Introduction
Hey, I'm btea. I've been around computers for a long time and these days I'm mostly into Linux, networking, and security research, with a focus on malware analysis and web exploitation. I'm self-taught and a big open source believer, and I run a homelab where I basically play sysadmin.
What I'm doing right now
Right now I'm mostly doing security research. I work through rooms on TryHackMe and HackTheBox, and I pentest sites for fun on the side (with consent, of course). The main focus is web exploitation and malware analysis. I'm also building out a homelab and leveling up my C++ and frontend skills after spending most of my time in Python.
